Hypad Token
Buyback & Burn
How part of platform revenue buys Hypad tokens and removes them from circulation.
Once the official Hypad token launches, 30% of platform revenue will go to a buyback and burn programme.
How it works
Revenue is set aside
30% of the revenue Hypad earns is set aside for the programme.
Hypad tokens are bought
That revenue is used to buy Hypad tokens.
The tokens are burned
The tokens bought back are permanently removed from circulation by burning them, meaning they're sent somewhere nobody can ever spend them.
Why it matters
Each burn permanently reduces the number of Hypad tokens available. Over time, the programme is meant to shrink the public supply as platform activity grows.
