Disclaimer

The risks of using Hypad and of trading digital assets.

General disclaimer

Hypad provides a platform for creating, launching and trading digital tokens. The information on the platform and in this documentation is for general information only.

Nothing Hypad provides is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research and weigh up the risks before you create, buy, hold or trade any digital asset.

A token being listed on Hypad is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a guarantee of its quality, legitimacy or future performance.

Market and trading risks

Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. Token prices can swing sharply with market activity, liquidity, community participation and other outside factors.

You should understand that:

  • A token's market value can rise or fall quickly.
  • You may lose some or all of the money you put into a token.
  • Reaching the graduation threshold doesn't guarantee continued trading or a rising price.
  • Having a liquidity pool doesn't guarantee enough liquidity for every trade.
  • Trading activity and demand aren't guaranteed.

Using Hypad doesn't guarantee profits or returns.

Smart contract and blockchain risks

Hypad relies on blockchains and smart contracts to create, trade and own tokens and to run its other features.

These technologies make decentralized transactions possible, but they can have vulnerabilities and software bugs, and they're exposed to network outages and other technical risks.

Blockchain transactions are generally final once confirmed. You're responsible for checking the details of each transaction before you approve it.

Hypad doesn't hold your private keys or take custody of your funds. You're responsible for securing your wallet and protecting your access to it.

Token creation and third-party risks

Tokens on Hypad are created by users. Hypad doesn't issue or guarantee them.

Hypad doesn't guarantee that the information creators provide is accurate, that individual projects are legitimate, or how their communities behave. Assess each project yourself before you take part. Hypad isn't responsible for losses caused by misleading project information, malicious activity, or decisions made by token creators.

Hypad may also rely on third-party services, including blockchains, decentralized exchanges, wallet providers and infrastructure services. If any of them fail or are disrupted, the platform's availability and transactions may be affected.

Liquidity and graduation risks

Hypad's bonding curve and graduation depend on blockchain execution and on the relevant decentralized exchange being available.

A token may never reach the graduation threshold. Even after it does, technical or third-party problems can delay the liquidity migration.

Liquidity locked at graduation is locked permanently, but that doesn't guarantee a token keeps its value, trading volume or liquidity over time.

Reward programmes

Hypad offers several ways to earn rewards, including referral rewards, weekly top-trader rewards, Trading Points and token-holder incentives.

These programmes exist to encourage participation and help the ecosystem grow, but taking part doesn't guarantee any particular financial outcome. Eligibility, calculations and payouts follow the rules of each programme and the platform's mechanisms.

Changes to reward programmes

Hypad's reward programmes, including referral rewards, weekly top-trader rewards and other incentives, may change as the platform develops and earns more revenue.

Percentages, allocations, eligibility and payout arrangements may be adjusted or increased at Hypad's discretion, and changes will be announced through Hypad's official channels. Taking part in a reward programme doesn't guarantee a fixed or permanent reward. Reward structures may change to reflect the platform's growth, revenue and wider goals.

Changes to token allocation

The token allocation and distribution in this documentation are under review and may change as the Hypad ecosystem develops.

The team and investors may review and adjust the proposed percentages and distribution over time, taking into account the platform's progress, growth, operational needs and long-term goals. Any change will be announced through Hypad's official channels. The published allocation is the current proposal and isn't permanently fixed.

Creator NFT and ownership rights

Owning a Creator NFT carries the rights and responsibilities of the matching token project, as defined in Hypad's smart contracts and platform terms.

Transferring or selling a Creator NFT also transfers its ownership position and rights to the new holder.

Hypad doesn't guarantee the commercial success, continued development or long-term activity of any project represented by a Creator NFT.

How digital assets are regulated differs between jurisdictions and can change over time. You're responsible for making sure your use of Hypad complies with the laws, regulations, tax obligations and restrictions where you live.

Hypad doesn't provide legal or tax advice and doesn't guarantee that every feature or digital asset will be available, or legal, in every jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

By using Hypad, you confirm that you understand the risks of blockchain technology, digital assets and decentralized trading.

You're responsible for:

  • Securing your wallet and private keys.
  • Checking transaction details before you sign.
  • Researching token projects yourself before you take part.
  • Understanding the fees and reward conditions that apply.
  • Following the laws and regulations that apply to you.

Only use money you can afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hypad isn't liable for losses caused by market movements, failed token launches, smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain failures, third-party outages, compromised wallets, or other risks of using digital assets.

You use the platform at your own risk, under Hypad's Terms of Service.
